My hyperemesis nurse told me to freeze Gatorade and eat it like a slushy, the colder the better she said. Liquids are tough when you're nauseous, and water is the worst on your stomach. I found sipping on lemonade helped with my thirst. Just take small sips every 30 minutes. Get to feeling better!

What about ice cubes or popsicles? They have those pedialyte ones for kids I ate when I was dehydrated. Or make your own ice/popsicles with apple juice n stuff like that so ur getting ur drinks down, just slower. No clue if it'll help but it's the first idea that popped into my mind
