Try mixing your juice with half water so its not a lot of sugar. Or try the flavoring packets for your water(:
But I don't even like water. Like I can go days without drinking soda & just drink strictly juice but no water.
Yup just in moderation. Like don't go chug a 2 liter or anything. lol. My doctor said a can or 2 a day was fine as long as you're also drinking plenty of water throughout the day. :)
Yes. They say to drink caffeine in moderation or to drink twice as much water as soda. I have been drinking soda all my pregnancy but for the last two weeks I'm switching to strictly caffeine free and water so baby doesnt have caffeine withdrawal
