umbilical cord
Is it true that after you get so far long you can't reach or stretch your arms up high above your head cuz it can cause the umbilical cord to get wrapped around the babies neck and choke him/her? My gma told me this and I'm just curious cuz I have to stretch to reach top shelves at my work...
No it's not true. My grandma told me the same thing lol. My doctor said its not true and stretching while pregnant is actually very good for you and your back.
