I'm also a big girl. My doctor said that as long as they can tell the uterus is growing and getting bigger means the baby is growing. and that's what my doc looks at instead of my weight gain. I only gained weight with my first pregnancy my other 2 I lost weight.

It depends on your starting weight. I was 207 before I got pregnant and my doctor doesn't want me to gain much weight. I've lost 10 and he doesn't seem worried. The only time he got worried was when I said I wasn't keeping food down. I am now and he isn't worried at all now.

So if you were a bit bigger before you got pregnant I wouldn't worry. As long as you are keeping food down.
