My name is Kelsie. I'm 19 and pregnant with my first child. I'm so nauseous and sick that I can't eat or hold anything down. How am I supposed to keep myself and the baby healthy? Please help.

I am 19 years old to and pregnant with my first child. In the beginning of my pregnancy I was really sick too. So sick I even lost weight. I asked my doctor or Medicines and it really helped! Also try lemon water, it's very healthy and keeps the nasty taste out of your mouth and brings your stomach to rest. Also, try ginger or mint. Hope that helps!! I was sick till my 16th week an my baby girl is totally fine!

You need have water all the time because like one of the comments said dehydration is a big concern. WATER ALL THE TIME!!! Drink before during and after throwing up. Eat soda crackers before getting out of bed. And see a doctor soon. I was very sick in the beginning and was almost hospitalized because of it. But seriously water is your friend. Throwing up is one thing but dry heaving is worse.

Dont stress, stress is bad for the baby. But its normal im 30 weeks and still sick. Try taking vitiman b6 in the morning and at night. There is a lot to help out. Just google morning sickness remedies you will find tons of stuff

I was sick until 16 weeks. I couldn't keep anything down. Call your doctor and ask for nausea medicine. But don't stress I was in and out of the hospital for being dehydrated and not eating and my little boy measures 2 weeks ahead and is healthy:)
