Sore nipples! Lol.

Everytime I knock or touch my nipples they have gotten even more sore and itchy...is there anything I can do to help them not be so sore?

Yea I've banned the bf from them...he can't cope. But they hurt so much, I can't even lay on my belly without them hurting. I've heard that the Brest feeding bra is good for them. I guess its a good thing as it mean bub is still nice and warm up there. Lol thanks ladies.xx

I found that nipple butter which is for your nipples when breast feeding worked wonders. I put it over my entire breast it helped SO much with the itchy feeling

There was nothing I could do to ease the soreness. :( But good news is that this will pass and it won't be so bad soon. Hoenstly, the only thing that provided relief was to ban my hubby from coming near them and to sleep with nothing on them. After a month or so, it was nearly gone. I don't expect it to return until it's time to learn to breastfeed.....agh, the joys of motherhood! :)

u can try rubbing some olive oil on them.....that will ease the itch.
