Measuring 7 weeks ahead!!
I know fundel height is only a rough idea of how baby is growing but ive just been told I am 34 weeks measuring 41 weeks!!! With only 1 baby inside, I had a growth scan last week and it showed he was a very big baby.
Anyone else ever been so far ahead it almost makes you laugh its unreal!??

Ok, im glad Im not the only one.. I was measured in the begining of my pregnacy to be right on schedule.. and went to get a ultrasound a few weeks ago.. and they said I was 4 weeks further along.. and I was like.. um.. ok.. sure.. we shall see. So maybe that will change again when i go get another scan.
Fundal heights are so wrong only scan measurements can be ok... But they are only estimated n can be lower than what they expect... At 31wks baby weigh through scan ws 4.18lb.. I m 35wks n they expect him to be 8-9lb at birth.. But i know its not correct... He could be just 6-7lb or yes he could be 10lb...
I knw a girl with her both boys she had growth restrictions and thy expected babies to less than 6lb.. Her first son was born at 39wks baby was measuring 6.5lb n her second son ws measuring 7.5lb... Now she ws hving a girl n still sme thing n she wasnt worried at all...
I saw a girl she gave birth to 9lb baby and ended up in operation theater to get 100 stitches... Her fundal measurements were bang on ws told baby will measures like 6-7lb... Second time they thought baby is going to be heavy again so thy performed her c section n surprise surprise baby ws only 7lb...
So i wouldnt worry.. They can be off by any side...

My fundal height was 25 @ 28 wks. So I was measuring three wks behind.. now I got another appointment in two days and I gonna be 30 wks by then.. so will see how it goes this time...
Wow for 5 weeks early thats a good sized baby. Have you slways measured smaller? Thanks for your reply
My fundal height is normal but my baby is measuring at 28 weeks and I am 36 weeks. I have a friend whose babies are always big she had her son 5 weeks early and he was 8 lbs.
They never said his weight, they said they didnt want to guess. Im not having anymore scans now as I had one last week. I want a natural birth soo I hope hes not like 11 pounds. Non of his nappies will fit him that I have lol
Just had this done I'm measuring 9 weeks ahead and am 33 weeks she's.already 6 lbs nothing wrong other her she is just a big baby
at 23 weeks i measured 25 weeks...i go back tomorrow to see and im suppose to measure 27 weeks this week but we will c ...
Wow, that's a pretty big baby! At my 25 week scan, I was two weeks ahead and I thought that was crazy. I have another one here In two days, so we'll see how much bigger he Is now!
