Spotting at night

So I'm 7 weeks into my secon pregnancy. I came home the other night and had a little bit of pink in my underwear and web I got home tonight from work I had it again. I never had any of this when I was pregnant with my daughter. I don't have a doctor yet because I'm waiting for Medicaid. Does anyone have the same problem or know what could be causing this?

this is my frist.. so im not sure, but from what i was told as long as your not cramping and bleeding your fine. that its fine to spot becuz its implantation bleeding or spotting. but im not sure about the color if pink is ok.. i just know if its not bright red and your cramping, u should be ok. but you should research it just to make sure. also im waiting for my medicare to, they should of given u temp card to get checked up while ur waiting.. well at least where im from which is in cali in the bay area
