Spotting before period, no period

So, about a week or so before i was due to start my period I had light spotting for about 5 days. This was mainly when i urinated etc. Then I never started my period. I was due to start around jan 16. I thought I might be pregnant, but i took 2 at home urine tests a week apart then went to a pregnancy alternatives center and took a urine test there which also said negative. Im a little worried as I have never missed a period before. I havent been overly stresses or anything like that. Im 19. Any input would be appreciated.

It could have something to do with your hormons? Do you normally have a regular period if you do or don't eaither way it would have to be something a doctor would have to look at! I just had the tinys bit of pink when I wipped so put a tampon in thinking it was the start of my period and there was a dot of blood when I took it out in  a hours time, it has been a week since it happened now!

iam kind of going threw the same thing i had unpertected sex a week after my period and to days later i started to bleed kind of light and watery and a day after that i had unpertected sex again and started to bleed the same for about a week or so than i stoped for a few day and now i started again and its the begaining of the month when i have a period usally on the forth i don't know wats goin on...................................help oh and i did get put on birth control in the begining of the year but only had one shot

you can always wait another week or 2 and test again.  i mean i was supposed to get my period on 12/6 and did not test positive until 1/1.  So you might be one of the ones that takes a while.  I have heard other women on here say that they tested negative up until they were almost 2-3 months along.  Maybe one of them will answer you too and give you a little more detail.  Good luck
