Spotting

Anyone please help!!! I'm so scared! This is my first pregnancy, I've never had a miscarraige and don't know what to look for. I'm 10 wks 4days. The last few days I've been having some cramping, like period cramps they haven't been very painful I would say just kind of like having an upset stomach. And also I've been very constipated and when I did finally go to the bathroom today I had more cramping at that time (sorry for the tmi). And now I just went to the restroom and I have brown spotting like I normally would have right before my period. I'm planning on going to my doctor tomorrow but can anyone help me out. Does this sound like a miscarraige or am I just being paranoid? The last ultrasound I had was at 7 weeks and the baby's heartbeat was 136bpm. Please anyone give me some advice on this I'm very worried and don't want to loose this baby!!!

Well, just so everyone knows I went to the doctor's today and they said that it's normal to have a little spotting in early pregnancy. They said excessive bleeding is a BIG problem and of course if any clots pass to be seen right away. But for the most part slight spotting early on is considered normal I guess. And they just told me to come back if I continue to spot or if it gets heavier. They did an u/s and everything looks great. My little guy/girl was basically doing summersaults!!! It was the most amazing thing to watch my baby move around!!! I'm so happy nothing is wrong and the baby is still holding strong! I just wanted to let you all know.

No I didn't have sex before I started bleeding. I'm still at work and I just went to the restroom and had the brown spotting. It's the same kind of spotting I usually get right before I get my period. It wasn't a lot either but a little on my panties.

To mrenee20:
Those are my thoughts exactly. I am going to go into the doctors tomorrow but I'm so worried right now. I just really hope this is nothing and that the baby is ok. I'll let you know what they say tomorrow.

ok i have heard it was fine to bleed but i wouldnt take a chance because that was exactly what i did and it did not turn out to well i was bleeding that night and the next day i lost it but mine was not due to a miscarraige so it could be differrent i dont want to scare u but a mother can never be to protective i would have it checked out i hope everything goes good !!!
