State Pregnancy Medical Card

How long did it take you ladies (the ones that have a state pregnancy medical card) to get one?

They sent me a temporary card in like 2 days. The regular one came a couple months later. I live in MN. Just call your caseworker or w.e they call it they will tell you how to get medical care without a card.

For West Virginia. My OB/GYN won't see me without it.

^^^ what she said. And even if you don't have the Medicaid number they can still look you up in the system to see if you have it.

Do u mean medicaid it takes about 30 to 45 days but even if u haven't received the card yet to can call medicaid so they can provide you your medicaid number and with that you can see your obgyn...that's how I did it because with that number they can just look u up and they'll see you have insurance...
