Still Closed!
im 39 weeks and im still closed ... My due date is the 13th what can i do to open up?
I'm due the 14th and only 1cm dilated !
My Midwife told me to walk walk walk, drink red raspberry leaf tea, take primerose tablets by mouth and vaginally bounce on a medicine ball if you don't have one sit on the side of your bed and bounce have sex and some people say pineapple helps!!
