Still STARVING after eating everything

I'm 10 weeks and some change right now. My stomach is bigger than it should be, even after losing the bloatiness. Today, after waking up, I started eating immediately and didn't really stop for about 2 hours. Now only 2 hours later, I'm so hungry that I'm now dizzy as can be, and I just threw up all of the water I've been guzzling, trying to curb the unnecessary hunger.
First of all: could I be having twins based on the size and extreme hunger?
Second: is there something I can/should do about the hunger?

I was the exact same way. I ate food non stop. After about 14 weeks it calmed down a lot.

But yeah just so long as you're avoiding deep fried food and such as much as possible especially, and fast food, you'll be fine eating horses every day (: my stomach and the rest of me isn't oversized - even a little small, but babygirl is happy and healthy (;

The hunger doesn't always go away. I'm almost 30 weeks and I had two burgers off the bbq, two potatoes, and two jumbo marshmallows over the fire after. My mom always jokes, "one for you and one for baby!"

It's only like that in the first few months. That extreme hunger will fade and then the random midnight cravings will start. Thats why im up right now (at 3 in the morning) baking a potato.. haha. Just try to eat healty and you will be okay :)

I am 11 weeks and I eat a ton as well, but I try to break up my eating. So I eat my breakfast a couple hours later I will have snack, then I will have lunch, then another snack, and so on and so forth. :)

It only gets worse, the farther a long you get. Best advice would be to try to eat small meals throughout the day.
