Still confused...

As you know I had Harry 3 months ago, I am just  wondering about the way your body adjusts, and if it takes longer for HCG to leave your body after being pregnant for the whole 9 months, than say 6 weeks? As you know I had the little slip up when harry was 2 and a half nearly 3 weeks, although I don't feel pregnant and have no bloating or no feeling sick like I had with the other 3, I am still getting stomach pains/fluttering and things, and I am just wondering if it is everything still going back into place and all this. The stomach aches also might be to do with my lack of eating also...  am just worried, I am bleeding but its hormonal bleeding from my implant (Nexplanon), I still have a little boob pain (In my collar bone) but like I said I have NO bloating and stuff my stomach is sensitive but I also do Suffer from IBS? So that could be it. I am just worrying for nothing aren't I?
The pain is either right at the top of my stomach which leads to chest pains OR its right at the bottom where my bowels and stuff are.

But is all of this normal. I think I am kinda thinking of both sides as after my termination I was pregnant for 22 weeks and well I had unprotected sex a week after and it took 5 months to get PG again so I am thinking my HCG levels took a while to go down, whereas with my MC they went down straight away as my pregnancy was shorter? And so I am just thinking that as Harry was over full term cause he loves me soooo much he wanted to stay there... and it was snowing so he knew it was cold. Thats why he wanted to stay. Anyways but I am thinking the HCG took longer to come out of my system as you can't get PG unless your HCG is 5 or lower?
I am just blabbering on now.

I am 99% sure I am NOT PG this is just my IBS and stuff coming back together, I am just worrying but all these little pains and twinges are normal?

It could be your body just adjusting back and especially trying to adjust to all the hormonal stuff. Your body changes through almost a whole 10 months so it wont go back to normal right away, it can take just as long to go back too!

I also just read something that says the progesterone in pregnancy is what makes you bloat. The implant I have is just Progesterone and I am also taking the mini pill to try and stop the bleeding which is also progesterone, And if I have any bloating it isn't just in the morning like it was with Harry and the one I MC'd. Its constant and not the same as when I was PG. But I also have left over skin still from my bump,
I'm just going to stop worrying now!
