And like a 6-9 month supply of toilet paper and paper towels. I also stocked up on laundry soap
I don't have an insane stock of stuff. I have enough diapers for over a year and about 6months worth of wipes and shampoos for us for about a year and enough baby soap for about a year and same with bar soap. I have enough toothpaste and tooth brushes and razors and deoterant for like 2years and my pads should last like 6 months
@ash060115, where do you live? Do they not coupon there? I would die!?!?
I'm in awe... well done ladies.
Maybe I should move to the USA :)
Haha I agree with @jordyvi0824, except I think EVERYONE should do it. We don't pay full price for anything! Just on groceries this month weve already saved $60! I wish I could extreme coupon like some people, but we save what we have to where we can! :)
Ladies couponing is so fun! I've been doing it and it's something that passes the time! I get coupons from everywhere and everyone and just go crazy lol I highly reccomend if you are going to be a stay at home mommy especially it makes time fly!
@ash060115 Thank you! Yep we couponed and worked hard for the diapers and wipes. They retail at about $450 and we paid about $200 for everything. Which was awesome. We have gotten a lot of really good deals. I just wasn't thinking about picking stuff up for my husband and I until like this weekend. lol.
Omg thats absolutely amazing. ..
4months worth of nappies and eight months wipes sounds like a fine big pile to me!
I'd absolutely love to do it that sounds fantastic!
I always watched the show wishing I could cupon!
Well done to you ..so much organisaton!
@gelli612 I actually have a 3 month supply of nursing pads already. I stocked up on those a few months ago when we were working on our son's stockpile!
@ash060115 sort of, I don't have a crazy stash of things in my garage though like some of those people, but I coupon and I do stock up on things that I need (within reason.) We stockpiled about a 4 month supply of diapers and about an 8 month supply of wipes earlier in pregnancy. Now I'm just trying to get my husband and I ready because I doubt between his work schedule and us being 1,400 miles away from any family that we are going to have a lot of time to shop for different things before our move back home
If you plan on brestfeeding you might want to get nursing pads.
I did buy a couple packages of pads, I have a pretty good stockpile on tooth paste, but I should pick up some toothbrushes and probably shampoo and conditioner.
I see you taking bout stock piling alot is this like that show "extreme cuponing" where there's basically a full garage of stuff instead of going shops?
I stock piled on pads, toilet paper diapers , wipes, soaps ,tooth paste tooth brushes, and many other things
Oh I have all of the stuff for my baby. I'm talking about non baby essentials!
Receiving blankets my grandma told me they are a life saver and pacifiers if you choose to use them
