Stomach aches

I'm 9 weeks along  and for about a week I've been experiencing severe stomach pain after I eat.  I'd compare it to really intense menstrual cramps. I have an appointment with my ob-gyn next week and I visited a walk-in clinic yesterday and the doctor said it was probably digestion related and to eat binding foods. I followed those instructions and am still having pain after every meal, has this happened to anyone else? and if so did you have any tips to stop the pain?

Some of the medication that you are probably taking might make you feel constipated and some may have as a side effect gas! That can be an option too.

It could be a couple of things. While your pregnant your digestion slows down, so it can take longer to process food that can lead to discomfort. Your body is also preparing for a growing baby so it's trying to stretch muscles that haven't been used before, or not very often.
