Stomach pains. Needs insight.

I found out I was pregnant yesterday. My Stomach has been hurting, nothing TOO serious VERY uncomfortable but my body won't allow me to eat anything and everything makes me so sick. It feels as if I'm hungry but then again I'm not but once I do eat the first bite I don't want to eat anymore. My stomach pains last all day, when will it end? Somebody give me some insight (THIS IS MY FIRST PREGNANCY BTW)

try not to eat full course meals.. they may be too heavy for you stomach... eat small and healthy like an apple, pear or orange slices. grapes are good too. I noticed that greasy foods would irritate me more. try nuts if you're not allergic. it'll feel like you're eating all day but it helps keep your sugars up and not as pukey all the time... hope this helps someone

I'm dealing with this too. It's my second pregnancy and I was the same with my first. I'm gonna be 8 weeks on Wednesday... I puke all day every day... my stomach always hurts. Like It's a constant thing.. doesn't ever go away. I try to eat and keep fluids down but pretty much nothing stays down..and I will eat a Bite or two of something and just can't eat anymore.  No appetite.  It *****!

hopefully it will pass... I'm expecting my third baby... I couldn't keep anything down with my first, not even water! With my second, my son, I ate everything! but felt ill at night. This time around it's all day. drink plenty of water, try foods that are dry, like toast, crackers and dry cereal, I like frosted flakes when I have symptoms. Your body is going through so many changes all at once, different hormones are present to help build your baby. rest when you feel tired and talk to your doctor. how far along are you? prenatal vitamins?
