feeling strange

Im 37 weeks feel like need 2 throw up an really emotional had couple of freckle sized spots of blood an stomach feels really tight don't know what 2 do??????

Im really nervous as this my 1st pregnancy an don't know what 2 expect so can this feeling last 4 a while? Or am i more than likely gonna go in 2 labour within next few days?

I'm 35 weeks and I've been feeling sick lately too. The urge to throw up won't go away, and my tummy keep turning and I have period cramp/tightening like feeling a couple times a day, but I haven't had any blood. I read it could be start of labor, braxton hicks, or just getting a slight cold. But I was told by my fiance's mom to call my doctor if my mind ever gets too uneasy.

Could be the onset of labour, keep an eye on the clock and time the distance between tightenings. Some people do feel queasy in labour and you will start bleeding too, I remember panicking but it is normal. Good luck!
