Tmi question?

Hello ladies! I am 29w+2d & this morning i woke up and went pee when i wiped i noticed that i had a watery mucous like discharge that was tinted yellowish, no odor so I'm not sure if this could be an infection. Idk if it could be my mucous plug as it was kind of watery as well as mucousy. Two weeks ago they checked to see if i had uti and yeast but both came back negative.. On top of that i have had some pain in my right lower abdominal area I'm not sire if these can be related in anyway. I have a doctors appt on the 28th, but I'm thinking maybe i should call and see if i can be seen earlier then next week justt to be sure. Any suggestions on wat it could be!? Is anyone else experienced this? I just want to make sure I'm not just over worrying. i am going to calk the doc tomoro but some input tonight might put me at ease for now.

Thank u! Only thing is I've had yeast infections a lot in the past and like I'm not itchy down there it doesn't hurt to have sex and it doesn't have an odor at all. But I'm def calling the doc in the morning. It could just be a bacterial infection or something but I'm just worried i might go into labor too soon. idkk lol i have had babies before i don't know why im so worried this time around. i know for a fact I'm not guna go into labor this early as the baby is moving around regularly and is still moving right now lol.
