Strange Cravings..dangerous??

Okay, so.. It's almost 4:30 am & as usual i wanted a snack. I've been feeling very full under my bust, & alot of the time eating makes it worse. Tonight however it seems diet coke, pickles & ketchup have relieved some of the pressure & subsided my hunger so i can hopefully lay down without the feeling of wanting to vomit. So i guess my questions are this..

Is diet coke / soda okay to have?
Better alternative if not?
What's with the pickle craving? (despite my love of them & ketchup)
Do you ladies have weird food craving combos?
Good ways to fall asleep?

Thanks in advance :)

Semi clueless ftm lol!

Thank you ladies :)
I'm just so curious & was slightly worried because since becoming pregnant anything unhealthy/unnatural has been an extreme turn off.
Meat is soooo gross at this point, sweets are a rarity & all i want are fries, toast, pickles n ketchup, veggies, fruit & milk. If i can't get past the smell..well you know lol!

If you still want to drink soda instead of carbonated water, you can drink ginger ale as it is caffeine free!!!

Well, drinking coke might make it hard to sleep because it contains caffiene, which a little of won't hurt, but it also has artificial sweetners that in my opinion you should avoid. I also liked drinking coke cus it settled my stomach, but it occurred to me it was the carbonation that actually did it. I dink plain carbonated water now and I love my fuzzy water.  There's nothing wrong with pickles or ketchup, maybe you're craving them cus you want sodium..

I wouldn't say those foods are 'dangerous' but not things you would want to eat all the time. If its easing your pressure for now, i'd say just go with it, just don't make it your sole diet!
