complications during 3 months pregnancy

my wife is 12 weeks pregnant and she fell down from my bike. she had little injuries. should i call her doctor immediately? does a need of ultra sound scans or blood check? pls advise.

I feel down some stairs on the ice when i was about 7 months, and all was fine, but you just never know. especially since shes only 3 months, baby is so fragil at this time. you should def. go to the doctor and get an ultra sound. just to be safe.
I would call the doctor to make sure all is ok you can never be too sure when it comes to you unborn baby
Hey, i would go to your local hospital to have a scan, just to be sure, u just never know! She's probably fine though, but wouldnt hurt to make sure. Hope all is well.
