I tested positive for it but my ob told me not to worry an ounce. They're going to put penicillin in my iv when I go into labor to keep my daughter safe from it. I wouldn't worry too much. Worst part about it is where they swab when they test you for it lol.

Every women is a carrier but sometimes it's not present in the body and others it is, they test because if it's active at the time of birth they just want to give you antibiotics to protect your little one from any infection. You'll be just fine!
