Do somthing nice for your self once a week mani/pedi, massages, hair, buy somthing small for yourself a treat say a smoothie or a new book an outfit or foot massager. I like ice cream sundea's and a movie just by myself its relaxing after a warm bubble bath...feel better
Read a book, put in headphones and tone everyone out, go for a walk. Sometimes a really really emotional cry gets me tired and i fall asleep and wake up refreshed. i watch a super sad movie to get it started haha.
Tea.. Hot bath, cuddle w/hubby. Watch my favorite movies. But tea is big.. Lol
