I'm only 17 weeks today and last week got extremely stressed out bcuz of a fight with my mother in law from hell and started having braxton hicks contractions! It really scared the heck out of me but i got up and walked around for a little whole cuz i was laying down when they started and they say to walk around if your laying down when they start or lay down if your walking around when they start and to drink some water and try to relax and they stopped and haven't had any since so yeah it's best to avoid drama which is very hard sometimes and try you stay stress free which is also very hard sometimes keep your cool girl the only thing that matters is you and that baby your growing in there! Good luck!

I hope ur ok! I was going through alot at that time in my pregnancy and I asked my doctor about stress and the affect on the baby, he told me at that stage there should be no affect on baby but even having said that its not good for u. Just try and put ur mind on the things that make u happy and if u need to talk im just a message away. Take care of urself
