Stretch mark help!

I'm 34+2 weeks and I have just recently got very noticeable and big stretch marks on my butt and thighs, just wanted to know if any moms have something I can use to help lessen the appearance of them after birth. I know the basics of moisturizer and constant hydration but I want to know if there something out there that really works on stretch marks! Please help.
