cant stop eating

Omg I can't stop eating no matter what I've eating 3 times already today and in about to eat again can anybody explain this ?

I caint wait to start eating a lot because I get so hungry then I eat and get full quick and that's that I just pick at the food

I'm 15 weeks I hardly eat now I eat maybe once a day because I get full quick or get sick but at the beginning I would eat alot like you so eat all you can now.
