Subway while pregnant?

Im dying for subway and have been for days now. (that and hot wieners) I've already talked to my doctor and she okayed lunch meat I just wasn't sure if that included places like subway or if anyone had experience?

I've ate subway pretty much all throughout my pregnancy. One of the things I've craved the most. My baby girl is healthy as a horse but stubborn since she was due last Friday :)

And just because some people say its ok or theyve done it and nothing has happened doesnt mean u are in the clear u are taking a risk....do your research....

It is better to heat all meats to 160 before eating due to bacteria listeria which could harm the baby now the odds are really low and it probably wont happen but the risk is definitely there....so better safe than sorry....cook meat/heat it before consuming....everything on the internet/good doctors say the same thing

I've eaten it like once a week since I got prego and I don't get it heated or toasted and everything is fine ..my doctor told me if I ate it before I could still eat it while pregnant

I've had subway a lot while pregnant, but most of what I get is toasted/burnt..

Subway is fine.  Some say to get it toasted,  but that's up to you. I never did...Never heated up my deli meat.

I eat subway all the time. I just get my sandwich heated
