Suggestions for sore feet
My feet are killing me. At work I take my shoes off and stand on the textured mats we have but it doesnt help. Anyone else have any ideas? It hurts the most in my heels and arches of my feet :-( Im just not having a good day I swear
I'll try the hot water as for foot massages I am extremely ticklish lol so thats a no go xD My hubby tried to once and I almost kicked the poor guy while I was laughing. We both said not again lol
Maybe you can get someone to rub them for you and you can also soak them in hot water, its relaxing for me. Sorry I'm not much help. But here's a bump anyway.
