Super Sad

My whole pregnancy Ive been trying to stay hydrated and always keep my stomache moisturized with coconut oil and my mom looked ag my stomache right now and screamed and threw the biggest fit because she seen a few stretch marks. I see them too but they are not very noceable and shes completely throwing a fit and making me feel ugly! I honest to God tried my best:(will these small ones eventually get worst??

They might, they might not :/ you never can tell with those things. I had some before I got prego and all through my pregnancy I didn't get anymore til the last month I blew up like a freaking balloon and got tons of them. I'm proud of them though lol it was hard work making that tiny human and my tiger stripes are a reminder of how strong I am!

I get why she got mad i maybe exhaudurated but shes far from a mean  person pf course.other.things.are important.she just told.me.and.told.me.everyday so.i can see why she got.upset my question was if they would.get worst i wasnt asking for advice about her but thanks anyways

Seriously there are a lot worse things that could go wrong during your pregnancy your mum needs to be grateful you and your baby are healthy. Thats all that should matter. She should not be focusing on something as superficial as stretch marks and damaging your self esteem. A mother needs to be supportive!

My mom is upset out of motherly her mom wasnt there for her during her pregnancy she didnt have anyone to tell her to take care of her stomache and her stretchmarks are bad. So she was just looking out for me:/ i get it but i feel they are not bad because I DID take care of myself

Well girly don't feel so bad. I'm sure we all get them at some point. And if she's mad about it just say cool, it's not her body. Its yours. If you're not bothered by them then just be happy cause your baby is so worth every stretchmark:)

Every stretch mark is for every little kick n punch that baby gives to you some people think its bad to get but honestly you are creating a human being i just think people back then never had specail creams and such they delt with it the world today is so judgemental it scares me to bring a child into a world with such hate n disrespect

I have a little bit if stretchmarks on my belly and boobs and those seem to be getting more noticeable. I put cocoa butter on them but I won't be ma de if they do get worse. You are creating something so beautiful and stretch marks should be the last thing in yourmins

Umm...wow... thats kinda wrong for your mom to do that. That's part of pregnancy. They will go away after. I don't have them on my stomach yet but I have a lot on my hips/butt area.

Honey they're hereditary.. None of that would've helped anyways.. You can use mederma scar ointment to lighten them up though!

My stomach is covered with them, I think I look horrible but my older sister made it worse when she seen them and started making fun of me saying "if I was to get pregnant again I would look even worse" what irritates me is she has never beem pregnant and is covered with strechmarks!  My doctor told me that there is a very expensive cream you can get that helps alot, he said every person he's told about it has good results.
