Swollen feet

I'm 31 weeks and my ankles and feet are so swollen. They throb all the time and by 3 or 4 in the afternoon they look like they are are going to pop! I drink water and try to rest during the day. I never had this problem with my other two babies. Is there something I can do to help with the swelling?

You can try support hose or stockings they sometimes help.  Try to keep ur feet propped up as much as possible.  And keep drinking water.  Maybe limit ur salt intake too.  Good luck

Talk to your doc you may have preclampsia (I know that's spelled wrong lol) if that's the case they'll want to do some things like give you medicine and stuff other than that stay hydrated watch your salt intake rest as much as you can and keep your feet up above your heart good luck love
