Swollen feet

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and my feet & ankles are swollen. I propped them up for a couple of hrs and when I woke up the next day they went down. I went to the store in came back in the house n they was back swollen again. Anything else I can do ?

Mine look horrible and actually get worse when propped up. Walking and yoga helps them go down though. If you're going to be on your feet make sure you wear comfortable shoes. It helps a lot also.

If you're getting a pedicure, make sure to let them know you're pregnant, even though it's probably obvious cause you're about to pop lol. Any massaging needs to be done carefully. There are pressure points in the body that can cause labor and other things.

Stay off your feet as much as possible. And when you're laying down or sitting, keep them up. Drink tonssss of water. Unfortunately you're gonna be a balloon the next couple weeks lol.
