Swollen feet

My feet are almost constantly sore and swollen, elevating them helps a little but im not always able to. Like when im at work or actually sleeping since im sleeping on my side. Im 35 weeks. Anyone got any tips? I have been eating a ton of salt and i drink a ton of water. I wake up in the morning and they are sore and swollen and its getting difficult to do anything because they hurt so much i see my dr tomorrow.

Take a hot shower and elevate them while laying in the tub. See if it works! Or lay down and put your feet up on the wall. If it's not working then put alcohol rub on your feet and elevate them while laying down. I do this the time and it seems to work. (:
