Swollen hands! help!

I'm 35 weeks pregnant andy hands are swollen to where I can not get my wedding ring off. I'm worried I'm going to swell up more. I don't want to get my ring cut off I can still turn it around my finger but I can't get it past my knuckle. I've tried the dental floss trick, I've tried conditoner, soap, lotion. Some woman say windex works perfect, its the only thing I haven't tried. Has anyone else had this problem or have anymore ideas how to remove a ring !?

I was like that last week put ur hand in ice then soap it up and just massage  it off over ur head this way the blood not all rushed to it that's how I got it off

Ice your hand and then try those things again. Maybe butter would work?
