I have a question about how to check andmonitor BTT? I have never done i before does anyone have any advice? What sort of thermometer do I use and when do I check temp and how do you know when you are ovulating with the BTT?

hi, you can get a bbt thermometer from a pharmacy, if not a regular digital one works too. but it should have 0.00 degrees like say 37.98. You check your temp every morning you wake up try and wake up everyday at the same time a alarm works, you do this before you even get outta bed because it will effect the result. I always did it at 7, you have about a hour grace period. say you wake up at 630 your OK, just note the time you take your temps everyday. Also when you have ovulated you will see a spike in .4 degrees.some times it is a slow rise you will see over a couple days. Here is some websites.
