bubs movements

Im 30 weeks and the last week bub has slowed down alote, there was always heaps of movements and kicks and jabs but now i dont feel bub that often probably one or twice a day, is this normal for them to slow down m a ftm and getting really worried bub was very active since 20 weeks till now and now theres barely nothing :( do they get tired alote because there growing so quickly in the last 10 weeks ??

Yeah it gets scarey defnitly because im a ftm so i dont know when to worry or what lol so every little thing has me worried and its scarey as they move all the time then all of sudden to nothing lol i just wish time would fly for me 30 weeks and a day and im so ready to have bub out lol its getting so uncomftable now,

I feel your pain ! Lol I just went through the same thing. I said if they didn't start moving more today then I was going to go in because I haven't felt then move in a couple days and then they moved all throughout the night. They kept me up all night but made me feel so relieved. They are just running outta room. I always try to drink cold water or apple juice and / or lay on my back. If that doesn't work I lay on one side for a little bit then switch sides. One of them usually works lol. It's almost like they have to get comfortable again when u got from one side to the next

They will move less frequently but as long as you feel them move everyday bubba is all good c:

I rang the midwife and she told me just to try some more cold water and something cold toeat and i did and bub moved but not for long i felt him/her on and off all night but there not strong like they used to and dont go for long

I would contact your ob, it is normal for them to slow down some due to lack of room. However,you should be still feeling him/her kick every hour
