In Iowa they will not tattoo any pregnant woman it is against the law. I'm sure most tattoo shops in other states have the same rule. I wouldn't recommend it even if they didn't.
and remember everythin you put into ur body u also puttin into ur baby body...so no i wouldn't go get it..I think it can wait
It probably wouldn't heal properly. I wouldn't. Save that as a gift to yourself after you have the baby. :)
I cant wait to get my new tattoos once i have the baby! (not to take over your question but..)
Does anybody else know if you cant get a tattoo while breastfeeding?? I have never heard this but i am definitely bf so im very curious. Also they never ask 'are you breastfeeding?' On any of the wavers so if anyone else heard this do tell! :)
My oldest brother does tattoos in a shop and they aren't legally aloud to give you a tattoo if you are pregnant. Since they are liable if anything happens like you getting an infection or anything and they could possibly get shut down for giving pregnant women tattoos.
Most doctor's will tell you not to get a tattoo while pregnant, and any good tattoo artist will tell you to come back when your not pregnant. Even if they are a clean facility your risking catching something in the off chance its not clean. Also your skins mor sensitive when pregnant and that stress getting a tattoo puts on your body isnt good for pregnancy. Be sure the artist knows your pregnant if you decide to anyway.
Doctors will tell you no. Most tattoo places wont do it if they know youre pregnant. Too many risks.
Most people who tattoo won't tattoo someone thats pregnant. I was planning on getting one right before I found out I was pregnant & I asked my doctor and she said i'd have to wait, its not reccommended. & I believe you can't get a tatttoo while breastfeeding either. It ***** but I'll be gettting one sometime after my baby boy is born(:
No you really shouldn't do it. Doesn't matter how clean the shop is, you shouldn't take those chances. You are only pregnant for 9 months. If I were you I would just wait it out.
I wouldn't suggest it to be on the safe side. Just wait until after you have the baby
