baby isn't moving

So I'm 21w 4d and on Friday I fell while outside. I'm pretty sure I landed on my butt but it all happened kinda fast. She was still active that night but ever since Saturday morning I've only felt her move maybe 5 times and it's now Tuesday. Idk if I'm just being paranoid or if there might actually be something wrong but I'm not really sure what to do.

I'll have to try the flashlight thing. Idk my step mom was there and she said if I had fallen on my side or stomach we were gonna go to the ER but since it was on my butt there should be enough cushion and everything it doesn't matter, I'm just so used to feeling her move at this point that it made me nervous

Definantly talk to your doctor about the fall, but you are still early so it is normal for your baby to not move so much. My baby girl slowed down and only moved a few times for about a week not im 30 weeks and i get movement every hour

Falling while pregnant is very dangerous! You should call ur doc and let them know.

Use a flash light and move it to different spots on your belly til you feel her move. Or call your doctor
