NEVER in my LIFE have i been this constipated!!!!! omgosh i dont even know what to do . Stoole softener cant fix this! My butt is bleeding & feels like kidney stones coming out my ***!!
Eat foods high in fiber! Along with a ton of water and 100% juice! That should help loosen things up
Call your doc and drink tons of water! Honey you should not be bleeding like that you poor thing. Try some tucks pads from the drug store.
