i think with every pregnancy you can have different symptoms or some combo of the common symptoms - like queasy for one, and headaches for another. Any combo of symptoms would be an indicatiopn - whether it is tiredness, headaches, blaoting, period-like cramps, sore breasts, etc.
i would expect them to be the same
