Help Me

hi, I'm new to all of this. I am scared and overthink everything. I'm afraid to eat and I'm afraid to get sick. I have always wanted to have a baby but my heartburn, coughing, and nausea is making this miserable. Please let me know if you have dealt with this or give me some advice.

Congrats and welcome to the mama life!   I'm 25 + 1 day with a baby girl.  The best advice I can give you with heart burn   is drink a small glass of cold milk.  It helps me a lot.  If it doesn't help I'd turn to anti acid pills also known as Tums.  With coughing,  try to keep yourself from coughing super hard but maybe drink so decaf tea with a spoon of honey and a lemon squeeze or fruit Popsicles helped me a lot. For nasaue I never had any sickness in my pregnancy so far (ftm) but I've seen that crackers,  toast, rice and juice is the best thing to help keep you from gaging.  Also I heard of. Mom pops?  Not sure if its right but it's like a candy that reduces wanting to gag (have morning sickn3ss) maybe check it out?  Best of Luck!

Eat what you want, make healthy choices. Sickness is most likely to happen. Don't eat 3 large meals, eat smaller frequent meals. Crackers are your best friend with nausea. Eat a couple before getting out of bed in the morning. Drink plenty of water. Omeprezole helps with the heart burn and is safe for the baby (doctor confirmed) or try tums. Being pregnant is a wonderful thing!

Hi there, im 14 weeks now and had horrible morning sickness where i hated eating as well. The doctor told me to take vitamin B6 every 6 hours, eat cracker and sip on coca cola to settle the stomach. Eat every 2 hours even if it is hard because it will decrease the nausea. When i told the doctor i couldn't eat she said it was fine to just drink Ensure or Boost drinks because they have vitamins and the calories you need. I've only recently started getting heart burn when i eat greasy foods and you can take antacids like tums or rolaids to help.
