TMI, contact doctor?

I'm taking Metronidazole Vaginal Gel for a bacterial infection, 2x a day for 5 days. I noticed over the 5 days I was getting a clumpy white discharge with it (NOT a yeast infection discharge, different) Like the gel was hardening, and coming out that way. I stopped taking it yesterday, and today I had a quarter size white clump of it come out! Should I contact my doctor?!
