This is really embarssing but I need to ask. I'm a first time mom 23 weeks and 5 days and I just went to the bathroom and noticed a lot of white discharge in my underwear and it smelt bad... What could this be? Should I be concerned??

I had the same kind of thing. discharge (no odor though, but when going to bathroom it felt like bubbles? like, frothy?)
anyways, lol. it ended up being tricamoniasis (or something crazy spelled like that)
didn't even know I had it! had no other symptoms. was given antibiotics and then miscarried my son 2wks later (apparently he died the same day I took them!!)
I'd go for another pap to be sure. And be VERY careful what they give you. I did research AFTER I had my son and it says straight up DO NOT GIVE IN EARLY PREGNANCY on every site I looked. I asked the pharmacist if it was safe during pregnancy and she shrugged and said yeah I guess. figured 'hm, they wouldn't give me something that would harm the baby... right?'

White discharge is normal but if it has a foul smell it could indicate an infection.
