My Dr suggested 1/3 cup of white vinegar in 1 litre of water and to just wash the outside when you go to the toilet every other time and it works wonders fort me,I use it when I feel an itch coming on.
I noticed I had one before I found out I was pregnant. But I saw online that pregnant women are not supposed to use monistat..but my doc told me it was ok im still kinda nervous
you're not alone. I had them like crazy when pregnant with my daughter.
and I had BV like three times between finding out I was pregnant at 5wks, and then even after I lost my boy at 16wks I got it again.
Apparently something so simple as sperm can throw off you pH down there.
Which sucked cause how are we supposed to try to get pregnant again if I keep getting BV because of him 'going' inside of me.
So I did my research and changed my entire diet.
No more beer, more greens, etc. And I haven't had it since. hoping it stays that way.
I get them so much!! I bought over the counter pills too which did nothing! Had to buy the cream because it was a weekend and Dr was closed. My Dr usually prescribe me a pill tho.
I've had it before I was pregnant.. And it kept coming back every month and nothing halped UNTIL the weirdest thing i read... To put honey down there.. That is the only thing that completely cured it and it never came back again! :) super weird but it really works!
Sorry to all you ladies suffering from this annoying infection...I'm with ya and know the struggle
Im 35 weeks and I get them about every other week or so now :( very annoying ..
Speak of. I'm sitting on a toilet at the moment of how irritating it is. I can't stand it. I hate them. I don't have insurance so I took over the counter pills...totally just made it worse:( hate this ughh
I got it even before pregnancy... but more often now that I am. Oh and my doctor gives me the pill, so idk about that. I get it so often I start running to the store to get the cream, although I really hate the cream. Boy I tell you that YI can have you all messed up downstairs. Thanks ladies at least I'm not the only one.
Its normal while pregnant.. It might sounds weird but use a blow dryer down there.. Not to burn your vag. Of course but to keep it dry.. It works for me .. ESPECIALLY AFTER A SHOWER
