Its early but i need some ways to go into labor. Im sending daddy to the store for primrose pills today. but what else does it? Im not going to kill myself eating pineapples. So what else? I want tonjust walk into the hospital like INDUCE ME!!!WHERE IS MY DOCTOR? BUT SHES SILLY AND SHE MIGHT SEND ME HOME.
Nipple stimulation and sex and bouncing on a yoga ball all worked for me. And walking! Walking settles the baby into position.
Bounce on a ball. Have sex. Eat spicy foods. Massage pressure points. Have your husband give you a back massage and a foot massage and anywhere that has pressure points and just relax. Warm baths might help to cause of how relaxed you get
