doctors appointment today

went to the doctors today for my weekly check up...told her i have been having menstrual like cramping, so she checked to see if i was dilated at all and i wasn't, but she did hook me up to see if I am having any contractions and it showed i was...she is hoping that the contractions will do something to my cervix....she also said that if i do end up going into labor that they won't stop it since i will be 37 weeks on Saturday....she also said i could be like some women and not go into labor myself...so everyone pray that Aiden will come soon and those contractions will help my cervix

thank you...even though the doctor said he would be fine if he comes out now i would want him to bake some more...but im ready for whenever he wants to come out into this world and show how handsome he is

Good luck! I can't wait for my next appointment (October 2nd, Ill be 36 weeks) because I get checked that day and have an ultrasound to find out how he is growing and whether or not I will be induced.. but hopefully I just go by myself because I have been having lots of lower back cramping the past 3 days and Im hoping it is helping me get moving.  (I know I still have awhile, but it would be nice if I was dialated to something when I got checked.)
