Tachycardic during pregnancy

I am a 26 year old who is pregnant with her first child.  I am also a hypothyroid who is taking a somewhat high dose of synthroid to control my TSH levels.  My question is over the last few days, I have been feeling a weird sort of arrythmia almost when I take a deep breath and exhale.  I work overnights at a psychiatric hospital, so I can check my BP and such daily.  When I checked my pulse, it was 135bmp resting.  I know this is extremely high.
My normal resting pulse has always been a bit high, 90's-109 but mainly I think it is because of being on the synthroid.  However, I am concerned that if my pulse stays as high as it is, it may lead to cardiac difficulties later in life.  I also had them check my ortho's and there was a 5-6 point increase on Sys and a 5-6 point decrease on Dyas.
My next appointment is May 14, but I am curious as to if I should go in sooner.  I've questioned my doctor about my pulse being so high and he doesn't seem to worry about it.
What should I do?

From what I understand, tachycardia is normal during pregnany.....This was how my friend knew that she was pregnant with #2.....I'm a nurse and frequently check my vitals and my heartrate has been running anywhere from 100-125 over the past 2 weeks....My norm is 75-85........Just make sure that your BP doesn't skyrocket......

I agree with laznacko in saying that you should schedule an appt. w/ your endocrinologist as soon as you are able.....

Levothyroxine has a narrow therapeutic index. Regardless of the indication for use, careful dosage titration is necessary to avoid the consequences of over- or under-treatment.
Overtreatment with levothyroxine sodium may have adverse cardiovascular effects such as an increase in heart rate, cardiac wall thickness, and cardiac contractility and may precipitate angina or arrhythmias.
I found this and I think maybe is necessery to reduce the dose. And I think you should consult your endocrinologist sooner than 14 may. Good luck.
