I had that pain with my last pregnancy and ended up with the worst back labor, like pain straight from hell.

Thanks ladies! I'll be 32 weeks tomorrow so I still got a little ways to go before delivery too :/ I will take some tylenol, sit in a nice warm bath and then get an ice pack on it! Hope you ladies start to feel better too!! :)

I have cracked my tail bone twice before becoming pregnant. Being pregnant really gets to my tail bone. I have which pain tolerance bu it can almost put me in tears, it no makes the pain go through my hips and back. A bath makes it feel better for a short while.

I am having this same problem!!! I called yesterday and the nurse said its Sciatic Nerve pain and there's not much we can do besides alternating hot/cold packs and some Tylenol. The baby is putting pressure on the nerve and it more than likely wont go away until after delivery and I'm only 27 weeks...it hurts to walk, lay down, bend over anything. It hurts. Bad. Hope it eases up for you...
