I feel like it's an obvious no for tanning beds.. but what about spray tans?
I personally dont tan now that im prego but my gf did a bunch of reserach and found out its okay to tan she did the stand up beds since they were roomier and just for assurance to herself she

I would suggest against it. Your body absorbs the chemicals which means they can go to the fetus. That's why your really not suppose to dye your hair. I would call your doctor to comfirm
