What due date is more accurate?

So my first appointment was at 6 weeks and they told me from the size of the baby I was due july 2nd
but at my 20 week scan my doctor called me yesterday and said my due date changed to june 28.
my mid wife told me the same thing last week that my due date changed. i didn't gain any weight and haven't because i was really sick for the first 4 months of my pregnancy. my first ultrasound i didn't drink the water that was needed and they had a hard time even seeing the baby. but my 20 week my bladder was full and they even made me empty my bladder. which do you think is accurate? should i stick to my first one. my doctor told me to stick to the june one. but i have no idea. :/

Generally,  the earlier the ultrasound,  the more accurate. There's only a four day difference in due dates. Your date could be off 2 weeks either way from either due date. As far as being sick, as long as your fundal height is measuring what it should, you should be ok. Just continue tataking your vitamons, eat right and DRINK WATER. Good luck.
