2 weeks early neg blood test pregnant?

So my blood test was negative but I don't believe it I was 2 weeks early on what I thought was a period. I've been getting sick but then feel better afterwords and just today I fell sharp pains in my lower stomach area basically around my prior c section insision. I'm so confused

Congrats! Yea I have also heard that to. I've been pregnant 3 times and I just have that feeling. The nurse said my level on my blood test was less then 1 but If I go by when I ovulated I'm only 9 days after conception. I just feel that its to early. But then I get the response that to feel symptoms I need to have the hcg in my body. I really don't know what's goin on.

The 2ww is the hardest. I've read some ppl don't show on a blood test till they've actually MiSSED their AF. Don't lose hope, I wouldn't test till u know u've passed ur AF date.
I tested + on a first response test 2 days before my period but the blood test that day was so slight I had to repeat it 2d later and it was still barely there. But by the next week there was no doubt. I'm 12 wks today!
